All our UK VLT 16000 series have applied brake test facilities and are fully computerized with infra-red remote control for the one-man operation on the 16622/M5/HEAVY/P/CON and 16633/M5/HEAVY/P/CON models. Our models VLT 16633/M5/HEAVY/P/CON and VLT 16733/M5/HEAVY/P/CON (the VI machine) are equipped with an 18 ton axle weighing system for fast and very accurate testing and diagnostic analyses of vehicle braking systems.

The VLT 16622/M5/HEAVY/P/CON is a computer controlled Roller Brake Tester with an applied brake test facilities. Including large digitally controlled analogue meters with double measuring range 0-800 and 0-4000 Kgf, with automatic scale selection. This RBT has two measuring directions and is equipped with an applied brake test device, an IR remote control for one man operation and a wall mounted read-out cabinet. This unit is prepared for later installation of a weighing system.

This unit can conduct the applied brake test and is the official Roller Brake Tester used by VOSA (formerly known as Vehicle Inspectorate).
We offer you an identical system including the licence to use the VOSA database with a PASS/FAIL assignment.
